Parenting Needs Assessment

You are being asked to complete this form as part of the ongoing programme evaluation of the Parenting Programme Strategy Group which aims to support and inform parenting programmes for parents in the NEIC. The form should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and there are no known risks with completing this form. All the answers we collect will be put together and will be used in our end of year report to summarise participants’ feedback. It might also be used for wider dissemination in conferences or journals. Your data will be held confidentially by the researcher, it will not be possible to identify you in any of our dissemination activities as we will only share the information in summary form. You have the right to not complete this form, and you also have the right to withdraw your data after you have completed the form. Your data will be stored securely in NCI and will be retained for a minimum of 5 years in line with NCI’s data retention policy for research data. If you have any questions, please contact us on eli@ncirl.ie
